Please note that all rooms are for single occupancy (with your own bathroom). No cellphones allowed indoors, no alcohol consumption on property, and no pets are permitted.

All programming is optional. Take part in as little or as much of the scheduled programming as you like.

  • In this 2 day retreat we will step out of the fast paced modern world and into nature.

    We will explore both modern and ancient practices that calm the mind, energize the body, and bring forth a sense of clarity and discernment.

    You will learn what it feel like to be human again and how you can use these tools in your life.

  • Breath focused yoga in our Yogi Cave

    Journaling and reflection in our Nature Rooms

    Sauna/Breathwork/Cold Plunge/Grounding in our Sun/Fire Place

    Access to bio-optimzation tools such as Saunaspace Firelights and Nucalm Deep Rest

    Northaven classes and group fires with storytelling

  • You are responsible for your own groceries or meals.

    There are two big kitchens to prepare your food plus a fire-pit and BBQ for cooking outdoors. We have a small grocery store at the Jasper East Cabins 5 min walk. For nearby restaurants go here. Hinton also has grocery stores a 15 minute drive away.

    5:00AM SaunaSpace Firelight therapy and journaling

    5:30AM to 7:00 AM - Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style (no experience necessary )

    Or Morning Sunrise Walk

    7:00AM-9AM Sauna, breathwork, cold plunge, grounding

    Break / Free time / Breakfast or Lunch on your own

    12:00PM-1:30 Nature Walk

    4:00PM-5:00PM Pilates

    Break / Supper on your own
